Our exceptional technical capabilities and broad project experience enable us to provide outstanding consulting services using state-of-the-art technology in a cost-effective manner. Recent clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Hydrologic Engineering Center, as well as the Corps’ Sacramento, Huntington, Nashville, Little Rock, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Fort Worth districts; the National Weather Service; the Lower Colorado River Authority; the California Department of Water Resources; Yuba County Water Agency; Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency; El Dorado County, CA; Maricopa County (AZ) Flood Control District; and many cities across the US, including Austin, TX, Birmingham, AL, Boulder, CO, Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA, Elk Grove, CA, and Overland Park, KS.
We excel in finishing projects on time and within budget; selecting, implementing, and developing, when necessary, appropriate hydrologic engineering analysis tools; developing decision support systems that meet the clients’ needs; and technology transfer. We understand that technology is of little value if decision makers cannot understand the results and use the tools. Consequently, we take documentation and presentation seriously, never treating them as an afterthought.
